How long does it take to get my E Book delivered to me?
Currently we are estimating between 5 and 8 business days for delivery.
Often sooner than our estimate.
How do I submit my manuscript for conversion to E Book Format?
When you place your order you will upload your manuscript along with any images
you want included in your book
. Your manuscript must be
ready for publication. Make sure you have done editing for spelling and
grammer on your manuscript. As an option, you can email us your manuscript
and images.
We will not edit your manuscript.
You can upload your manuscript in .doc, .txt, .rtf or .html format. We
recommend .doc or .rtf formats.
Images, including covers, can be supplied in .jpg, .gif, .png or .psd formats.
(There is a $2 charge for converting each .psd image)
Will the format of my eBook look exactly like a printed book?
No. eBooks are formatted to be read on computers and portable
devices.
As an example, eBooks do not have page numbers, page headers and footers, etc.
This is due to the fact that the amount of information displayed on each page
will be dependent on the viewing device, making page numbers invalid.
Will I be billed for changes after my initial delivery?
You will have 7 days to request changes after your E Book has been emailed to
you. You will be given the opportunity to list changes to be performed1
time after the delivery of your E Book at no additonal charge.
After the initial delivery and 1 change request, there will be a minimum fee of $25.00 for any changes you
require.
How do I pay for the service?
We collect payments using the secure Paypal service. Even if you do not
have a Paypal account you can use the service to pay via credit card.
If you do not have a Paypal account or a credit card
contact us for other payment arrangements.
What format will my E Book be delivered in?
We use the standard .EPUB format which will allow your ebook to be read by all
computers that have an epub reader and most portable devices.
How much should I charge for my EBook ?
Most EBooks sell for between 50% and 75% of the price for printed books.
Normall pricing will be between $5.00 and $15.00. An average is about
$9.95. Remember you have no printing or shipping charges when distributing E
Books so your profit is similiar to selling a printed book. Of course, the
lower the price the more sales you can anticipate.
Who owns the rights to my book and/or Ebook if you publish it for me?
You do. You maintain all rights to your material. Unlike other
publishers, we do not retain any rights. You do what you want with your
Ebook and you keep all the sales generated by your Ebook.
What about protecting my Ebook from being copied or printed.
You can protect your book using several DRM (Digital Rights Management) when you
distribute it. There are a lot of pros and cons to DRM. Most
distributers feel they gain more sales than they lose by making the EBook easier
to access and read by eliminating DRM. Most readers do not like having to
enter codes or be restricted in where or how they can read your EBook.
